About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Corky's Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
  • Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of sales workers.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of sales workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
