Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at NSB Supply Ltd. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Authorize the return of merchandise and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Establish work schedules and ensure the store is well-staffed to meet customer demand.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
Our store operates 35 to 40 hours per week, and you will be expected to work a regular schedule. We offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
