Browns Socialhouse Village Green is seeking a highly skilled Kitchen Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food preparation and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish efficient kitchen procedures to meet our high standards of quality and service.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our kitchen staff, including food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
  • Hire and train new kitchen staff members to ensure our team is well-equipped to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain the quality of our food and service, ensuring that they meet our high standards.
  • Prepare and manage our kitchen budget and cost estimates to ensure we are operating efficiently.
  • Coordinate the preparation of food order summaries for our chef.
  • Supervise and check the assembly of trays and the delivery of food trolleys to ensure our customers receive their orders promptly and accurately.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and relevant experience in a kitchen environment.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
