Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Taco Time. As a key member of our restaurant operations, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff to ensure efficient and effective service.
- Estimate and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies to meet meal preparation needs.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and coverage.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 32-hour workweek. The work environment is a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be a team player with flexibility and a strong work ethic.
