Job Overview

We're seeking a Growth Marketer to lead our marketing efforts for both Boreal River Rescue and Ciel et Bois. This is a fully remote role with in-person team meetings held once or twice a year in Ottawa. As a Growth Marketer, you'll be responsible for developing and executing creative marketing strategies, managing campaigns, creating content, and building relationships with creators and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creative Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement marketing strategies for Boreal River Rescue's core audiences and Ciel et Bois's event organizers, ensuring alignment with long-term growth goals.
  • Campaign Management & Execution: Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and SEO to drive growth, creating content and managing day-to-day execution.
  • Content Creation & Management: Work with freelancers and videographers, create content yourself, and manage a content calendar.
  • Partnerships & Outreach: Build relationships with creators, outdoor professionals, and event organizers, identifying opportunities for collaboration.
  • Sales Support & Funnel Optimization: Develop marketing materials to support lead generation, create landing pages and sales pages, and build and refine traffic funnels.
  • Data & Performance Analysis: Monitor performance and use data-driven insights to refine creative strategies and improve results.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of marketing experience or relevant work experience.
  • Proven ability to execute projects from start to finish.
  • Strong content development skills.
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and collaboration skills.
  • A creative, independent mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
