About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory System Configurator to join our team at National Bank of Canada. As a key member of our Cybersecurity IT delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support to internal customers for the Active Directory (AD) service and Entra ID (Azure AD);
  • Ensure the daily operation of the service, including requests, incidents, and changes, in accordance with Bank processes;
  • Contribute to the evolution of the AD ecosystem, implementing tools to facilitate information collection and activity automation;
  • Participate in documentation efforts and produce reports/procedures for deliverables;
  • Collaborate with the team and service consumers to achieve common objectives.

Requirements
  • College diploma with a specialization in computer science or relevant studies;
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD);
  • Advanced knowledge of complex enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid contexts;
  • Ability to script and document work;
  • Good understanding of networks and firewalls;
  • AWS knowledge is an asset.
