Active Directory System Configurator

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join the IT team at NBC as an Active Directory System Configurator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our Active Directory service, providing expert support to internal customers, and contributing to the evolution of our AD ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Active Directory Expertise: Provide expert support to internal customers on the use of Active Directory, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Service Management: Ensure the smooth operation of the Active Directory service, including managing requests, incidents, and changes in accordance with NBC's processes.
- AD Ecosystem Evolution: Contribute to the evolution of the AD ecosystem, including risk updates and remediation, and implement tools to facilitate the collection of information and automation of activities.
- Documentation and Reporting: Participate in the company's documentation effort, including producing reports and procedures necessary for the quality of deliverables for our clients.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service consumers and other team members to achieve the common objectives of our large sector.
- Education: College diploma with a specialization in computer science or an attestation of relevant studies.
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position.
- Skills: Very good knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD), advanced knowledge of complex and extensive enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid contexts, ability to script and document work, good understanding of networks and firewalls, and AWS knowledge is an asset.
