About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Active Directory System Configurator to join our team at NBC. As a key member of our Cybersecurity IT delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Active Directory service and Entra ID (Azure AD) ecosystem.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing expert support to internal customers in the consumption of the Active Directory service and Entra ID (Azure AD);
  • Ensuring the daily operation of the service, including requests, incidents, and changes, in accordance with NBC's processes;
  • Contributing to the evolution of the AD ecosystem, implementing tools to facilitate information collection and activity automation;
  • Participating in the company's documentation effort and producing reports and procedures for deliverables;
  • Collaborating with the service consumers and team members to achieve common objectives.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A college diploma with a specialization in computer science or relevant studies;
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position;
  • Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID (Azure AD);
  • Advanced knowledge of complex enterprise networks in multi-cloud and hybrid contexts;
  • Ability to script and document work;
  • Good understanding of networks and firewalls;
  • AWS knowledge is an asset.
