Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Field Mechanic - Heavy Equipment to join our team at ALPA EQUIPMENT LTD. As a Field Mechanic - Heavy Equipment, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and inspecting equipment to detect faults and malfunctions, diagnosing faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment, adjusting equipment and repairing or replacing defective parts, and keeping maintenance reports and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:- Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
- Adjust equipment and repair or replace defective parts
- Keep maintenance reports and documentation
- Verify and repair emission control systems
- Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
- Welding experience
- Hydraulic-operated working attachments
- Physically demanding
- Attention to detail
- Bending, crouching, kneeling
- Handling heavy loads
- Overtime required
