Job Title: Training Specialist

At Foilcon, we are seeking a highly skilled Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing leadership for the planning, design, development, delivery, and evaluation of training programs and materials for Justice Video Network (JVN) technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and assist with the development of graphic user interface designs and user acceptance testing
  • Deliver required onsite and virtual training to JVN end-users
  • Review and control system graphic user interface based on business requirements
  • Develop Elearning interactive modules
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of audio and video conferencing technology experience
  • At least 10 years of adult training experience
Skills and Knowledge:

We are looking for a candidate with knowledge of adult education principles and practices, including learning needs assessment, program design, and development strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience with software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, web-based facilitation tools, and eLearning software. Familiarity with Adobe Captivate and AODA requirements is also essential.

Knowledge Transfer:

At the end of the contract, the successful candidate will transfer knowledge to Managers/Project Managers/Team members through 1:1 meetings, team meetings, and documentation on SharePoint site throughout the duration of the project life cycle.
