Purchasing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to join our team at JIO PRINTS. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and controlling budget and expenditures, as well as overseeing the evaluation of the cost and quality of goods or services.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement and Sourcing: Plan, develop, and implement purchasing policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective procurement of goods and services.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet business needs, and ensure accurate tracking and reporting of inventory levels.
- Contract Management: Manage contracts with suppliers, including negotiation, review, and approval of contract terms and conditions.
- Cost Control: Oversee the analysis of data and information to ensure cost-effective procurement and minimize waste.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of procurement professionals to achieve business objectives and improve processes.
- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
