Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Germain Hôtels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Recommend, prepare and serve beverages and food to guests' taste, providing them with an excellent customer service experience.
- Ensure that bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety requirements.
- Ensure that the working environment and equipment are always clean and well organized.
- Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 to 2 years' experience behind a bar.
- Ability to work efficiently by multitasking.
- Good physical condition: must be able to stand for several hours at a time and lift/carry loads up to 50 lb.
- Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems.
