About the Role

We're looking for a skilled Mixologist to join our team at Germain Hôtels. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend and serve a wide range of beverages and food to guests' taste, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure that bar supplies are optimized and comply with health and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized working environment, adhering to high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Comply with current laws and regulations regarding alcohol sales and service.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Good physical condition, with the ability to stand for extended periods and lift/carry loads up to 50 lb.
  • Knowledge of restaurant cash register systems and ability to operate them accurately.
