Isarta is seeking a highly skilled Senior Telecommunications Infrastructure Manager to join our team in Manitoba. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation and maintenance of indoor wireless networks, telecommunications towers, and telecommunication equipment.

About the Role

This is a senior-level position that requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with our team to ensure the successful deployment and maintenance of our telecommunication infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the installation and maintenance of indoor wireless networks, telecommunications towers, and telecommunication equipment.
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and implement infrastructure strategies to meet business needs.
  • Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and vendors.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as telecommunications or engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within the province and occasionally to other provinces for projects.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance, HSA, and retirement plan with a generous company contribution.
