Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Director to join our team at Domino's Pizza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurants, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management:
    • Conduct performance reviews and evaluations to ensure high standards of quality and service delivery.
    • Organize and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and receiving stock, to minimize waste and optimize profitability.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety protocols, and all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers to secure the best possible deals on food and other essential supplies.
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to complaints or concerns and resolving issues efficiently.
    • Foster a positive and welcoming environment for customers, ensuring that their experience is enjoyable and memorable.
  • Staff Supervision:
    • Supervise staff in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance, support, and training to help them develop their skills and reach their full potential.
    • Mentor new employees, helping them to integrate into the team and succeed in their roles.
Requirements:
  • Experience:
    • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the fast-food industry.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
    • Ability to work well under pressure, remaining calm and composed in challenging situations.
  • Education:
    • Degree in a related field, such as hospitality or business administration.
