Job Title: Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at SADIQ HOLDINGS INC. [BURGER KING].

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of food quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations: Assist in managing restaurant operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive experience in our restaurant.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing restaurant finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong attention to detail.
