Assistant Store Manager in Training Job Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Training. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and building highly engaged teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete self-directed development through online modules, on-the-job training, and department-specific practicums to enhance your leadership, financial, and customer experience skills.
  • Anticipate and meet the needs of our customers, prioritizing their satisfaction in all aspects of your work.
  • Lead, coach, and motivate colleagues to achieve success, foster a culture of selling, and promote colleague growth and development.
  • Participate in community initiatives to build long-term relationships with the community and contribute to the company's purpose to live life well.
  • Ensure the maintenance of merchandising, operational standards, and accountability for financial objectives.
  • Understand the day-to-day operations of the store and create action plans to address opportunities for improvement in each department.
  • Provide input to the Store Manager to help shape business strategy and drive results.
