Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain health and safety records and reports.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
- Stay up-to-date with changing regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in health and safety management.
- Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (COHS) or equivalent.
