Job Summary

As a Food Safety Coordinator at PepsiCo, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our food products. This position requires a strong understanding of food safety regulations and the ability to lead a team in implementing quality and food safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

Preventive control ownership on shift
Communicating and collaborating cross-functionally to assist the team in solving operational problems
Ensure a safe work environment for our teams
Ensure compliance with company and regulatory food safety standards
Facilitate the implementation and compliance of policies and programs as they pertain to quality & food safety
Facilitate training and capability development on shift

Requirements

Graduated with a relevant degree or post-secondary designation
Strong interest in quality & food safety
Demonstrated leadership capabilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
Ideal candidates will have the willingness and flexibility to perform tasks as needed in support of the team's business needs.
