As a Reservations Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the Reservations Team in delivering outstanding service, including training, performance reviews, and human resources functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Reservations Team in providing exceptional guest service and ensuring seamless operations
  • Serve as the primary contact for wholesalers, managing contracts, and invoicing
  • Engage in telephone sales, system entry of reservations, yield management recommendations, and online booking systems management
  • Be the point of contact for guests or team members requiring immediate assistance and follow up with guest concerns
  • Participate in budget creation and achievement for the Front Office department as directed by the Front Office Manager
  • Perform administrative tasks such as maintaining reservations files and operational paperwork
  • Assist at the Guest Reception Desk as needed

  • Previous Reservations or Group Coordinator experience
  • Previous supervisory/management experience an asset
  • Working knowledge of Maestro, File Maker Pro, Online systems (e.g. Synxis), Pro Salon, Word, and Excel an asset
  • A desire to contribute innovative ideas towards improving the Front Office Department and the Wickaninnish Inn as a whole
  • A valid Class 5 Driver's License or equivalent
  • An employment duration commitment will be required; this will be discussed during the interview process.

Compensation: $50,730 per year
