About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned technology leader to join our Americas R&D hub as Chief Technology Officer.

Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a deep understanding of software development, team management, and technical leadership. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the technical vision and strategy for our Americas R&D hub.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor high-performing engineering teams to deliver outstanding products on time and at high quality.
  • Solve complex problems and make tough decisions when necessary.
  • Prioritize and represent the engineering team's interests across multiple stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, sales, and partners in the US to drive business outcomes.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Technical Expertise:
  • A strong foundation in computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
  • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Excellent understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
Leadership Experience:
  • At least 4 years of experience managing teams of 15+ engineers.
  • Demonstrated ability to take direct product ownership and act as a senior technical lead.
