Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at 88 Supermarket Ltd. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and Processing: Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verify quantities and product quality, and process inventory accurately.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and ship orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery to customers.
  • Warehouse Maintenance: Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and safe, and perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the logistics team to achieve goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, stand for long periods, and move freely in the warehouse.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM, with 35-40 hours per week.

Compensation: $18 per hour, negotiable.
