About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at W.K. Produce. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate a variety of equipment to load, unload, and move materials and products.
  • Order Fulfillment: Ship orders and pick orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Material Handling: Weigh materials and goods, wrap goods, sort, crate, and stack goods, and install, lash, and secure goods.
Industry Experience

We are looking for candidates with experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a warehouse or logistics setting.

Work Environment

This is a fast-paced environment that requires the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. The role involves repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, and kneeling, and requires a high level of physical stamina.

Language and Work Conditions

The primary language of work is English, and the work term is permanent. The work schedule is 40 hours per week.
