About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at Fresh Prep. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, power jacks, and pallet jacks, to move inventory and supplies.
  • Use Fishbowl inventory software to manage inventory levels and transfer products between buildings.
  • Assist other departments in locating and acquiring products within the warehouse facilities.
  • Optimize product utilization through inventory organization and first-in, first-out (FIFO) practices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory lists and conduct on-site inventory checks as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience operating heavy equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with strict deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Flexibility to work afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts as needed.
