About the Role

Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc. (GBS), a division of Gallagher, is seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Architect to join our team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in creating business value and improved outcomes through architectural leadership and strategic enterprise planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a technical advisor to the Executive Leadership team, providing guidance on business, application, information, and technology architectures.
  • Define and recommend future enterprise-level IT/architecture strategy roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage a central architecture repository, ensuring compliance with established and emerging standards.
  • Catalyze the architecture community of practice, facilitating application health assessments and technology debt identification.
  • Provide metrics, guidance, and mentoring across the enterprise's architecture community.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in enterprise architecture, with a focus on Azure cloud technologies.
  • Experience in designing and implementing complex Azure cloud-native solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
