About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Director, Global Network and Operations to lead our Global Systems Operations Centre's (GSOC) Global Network & ABM Operations team. Reporting directly to the Global Head, GTS - GSOC, this role will oversee the 24/7 operations of the global network and Automated Banking Machine (ABM) environments.

As a senior leader, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects with budgets exceeding $1 million, as well as leading a team of up to 50+ staff across various geographies. Your expertise in network infrastructure and systems technology will be crucial in ensuring all operational and service level agreements (SLA's) are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of innovation and delivery strategies for the Global Network & ABM operations team.
  • Provide effective leadership to the team, ensuring clearly defined and approved standards & guidelines are maintained and adhered to.
  • Manage technical projects/programs, with a proven track record of executing strategic initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee the management of the GSOC to the Organization's Balanced Scorecard.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 10+ years of progressive technical working experience in Information Technology, Network Operations, and/or Operations/Command Centre Management.
  • Excellent communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English, with proficiency in Spanish an asset.
  • Broad technology knowledge within the network infrastructure and systems technology spaces & leadership with existing & new technologies.
  • Recognized as a change champion & cultural catalyst, with the ability to work under tight deadlines, conflicting priorities, and changing requirements.

Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
