We are seeking a skilled Developmental Service Worker to join our team at Community Living Trent Highlands. In this role, you will provide support to individuals with an intellectual disability in a group home setting. The ideal candidate will have a college diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field and experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in a group home setting
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care and household chores
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote independence and community inclusion
  • Collaborate with other support workers and community agencies to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements:

  • College diploma or CEGEP certificate in a related field
  • Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • Non-violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) Certificate and First Aid Certificate
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
