Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of 1-2 staff members, ensuring that production schedules are met, and maintaining high-quality products. Key responsibilities include:

  • Training staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Preparing production reports
  • Recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Supervising, co-ordinating, and scheduling work activities

Additionally, the Production Supervisor will establish methods to meet work schedules, coordinate work activities with other work units, and ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate should possess:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • First Aid Certificate
  • HACCP knowledge
  • Quality assurance and control expertise

Able to work independently, handle heavy loads, and work under pressure, the successful candidate will have excellent oral communication skills, flexibility, judgement, and reliability.
