Job Description

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. As an Executive Chef at Brockville Barburrito, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Responsibilities

• Menu Planning and Preparation: Develop and implement new menu items, specials, and promotions to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.
  
• Kitchen Management: Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support personnel.
  
• Sourcing and Inventory Management: Order supplies and ingredients, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock and expenses.
  
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Ensure that all kitchen areas are clean, organized, and meet health and safety standards.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent required.
  
• Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience as a chef or in a related role.
  
• Languages: English language proficiency required.
