Boxing Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boxing Instructor to join our team in Vancouver. As a Boxing Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-energy boxing classes to our members, creating a fun and engaging atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Instruct and demonstrate boxing techniques to members
- Establish and maintain a client base through boxing demonstrations and one-on-one sessions
- Initiate and maintain sales of boxing sessions and packages with members
- Coordinate and schedule client sessions and keep records of schedule
- Plan and execute skills training plans with clients
- Set up and cleanup of session space and equipment used
- Conduct timely and professional communication with members, team members, and managers
- Meet with Personal Training managers to discuss business
- Preferred: Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification, as well as experience in either boxing or personal training
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possess honesty and personal integrity
- Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
- Excel in time management, organizational and follow-up skills
- Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly
- Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position, including standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching, as well as pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time
