Job Title: Boxing Instructor
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Boxing Instructor to join our team at Equinox in Vancouver. As a Boxing Instructor, you will be responsible for leading high-energy boxing classes, creating engaging workout experiences, and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and demonstrate boxing techniques to members
- Establish and maintain a strong client base through boxing demonstrations and one-on-one sessions
- Initiate and maintain sales of boxing sessions and packages with members
- Coordinate and schedule client sessions and maintain accurate records
- Plan and execute skills training plans with clients
- Ensure a safe and clean workout environment
- Communicate effectively with members, team members, and management
Requirements:
- Group Fitness or Personal Training Certification
- Experience in boxing or personal training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to perform boxing activities
