BELFOR Restoration is seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional emergency and restoration services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all emergency and restoration related services provided by BELFOR Property Restoration.
  • Attend job sites to assess damage and provide data to create estimates.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, consultants, and insurance company representatives.
  • Strengthen relationships with existing and potential customers through business development and accounts management.
  • Coordinate after-hours emergency jobs to ensure services are completed as required.

Required Qualifications:

  • Previous construction, restoration, or insurance experience is considered an asset.
  • Sales experience in related fields, including upgrades and changes to existing contracts.
  • Intermediate computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, and Google Suite.
  • Self-driven to achieve goals and meet deadlines.
