We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at YJK Enterprise Ltd. as a key member of our culinary team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Cost Control

Develop and implement menus that meet the needs of our customers, while controlling food costs and ensuring profitability.

Culinary Leadership

Supervise and train kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and kitchen assistants, to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation.

Inventory Management

Manage inventory levels, including food, supplies, and equipment, to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.

Food Safety and Quality

Ensure that all food is prepared and presented to the highest standards of quality and safety, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

Staff Management

Recruit, train, and develop kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively.

Customer Service

Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer feedback and concerns, and ensuring that all customers receive a high-quality dining experience.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience in a related field.

Language

Fluent in English.
