Culinary Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Culinary Operations: Oversee the preparation and serving of food in accordance with company standards and health codes.
- Food Safety: Ensure that all food is handled, stored, and cooked safely to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
- Staff Training: Train and supervise kitchen staff on food safety procedures, proper handling and storage of food, and efficient preparation methods.
- Inventories and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies and equipment as needed, and maintain accurate records of food, supplies, and equipment.
- Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.
Requirements
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in culinary operations or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year based on experience and location.
