Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Team Lead to join our team at Fatburger. As a culinary expert, you will oversee the preparation and presentation of our menu items while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Culinary Leadership: Manage kitchen staff and ensure seamless execution of daily operations.
  2. Menu Execution: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods according to our menu standards.
  3. Inventory Management: Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  4. Kitchen Operations: Supervise kitchen staff and helpers, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience as a cook or kitchen manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
