Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. As a Nursing Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support in various settings, including homes, hospitals, and nursing homes.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Assisting with cleaning, sterilizing, and setting up medical equipment
  • Performing tasks related to patient care and comfort
  • Taking patients' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Weighing, lifting, turning, and positioning patients
  • Maintaining patients' rooms and making beds
  • Supervising patients' exercise routines and assisting with personal care
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
