Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Idea Immigration Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and the public, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, as well as send and receive payments.
- Office Supplies: Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and organized workspace.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
