Front Desk Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Idea Immigration Solutions Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, provide information, and direct them to the appropriate contacts or service areas.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle phone calls, and respond to emails.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform clerical duties, such as filing, sorting, and distributing mail, as well as ordering office supplies.
- Scheduling and Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, send invoices, and receive payments.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
