Job Title: Corporate Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading our sales efforts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budget Planning and Control: Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure optimal resource allocation and maximize revenue.
  • Strategic Planning: Determine strategic planning related to new product lines and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Organizational Policies: Establish organizational policies and procedures in relation to sales, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure exceptional customer service and sales performance.
  • Regional and Divisional Sales Operations: Organize and manage regional and divisional sales operations, ensuring effective sales coverage and customer engagement.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, organize, train, and manage staff to ensure a high-performing sales team.
  • Project Management: Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure timely completion and effective results.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales and business development.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
