About the Role

CLOUD TECH is seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks and workstations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and Administer Network Infrastructure

Evaluate and install computer hardware, networking software, and operating system software to ensure optimal network performance.

Provide Technical Support

Offer problem-solving services to network users, providing timely and effective solutions to technical issues.

Perform Routine Network Maintenance

Perform routine network start-up and close-down procedures, and maintain control records to ensure network security and integrity.

Conduct Network Security and Quality Controls

Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls to ensure the network is secure and functioning as expected.

Requirements
  • Education

College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent in a related field.

Experience

2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.

Language

Fluent in English.

Work Environment

Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks.
