Job Title: Woodworking Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Woodworking Specialist to join our team at Modinno Dwellings Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in woodworking, construction, and building trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems
  • Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites
  • Survey building locations and levels
  • Supervise other workers
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Operate CADD and other computer software systems
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments
