Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for reading blueprints, scheduling work on sites, supervising other workers, estimating costs, and operating CADD software systems. They will also be expected to maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.

Responsibilities:
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine work requirements.
  • Schedule and co-ordinate work on sites.
  • Supervise other workers and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
  • Operate CADD software systems to create detailed plans and designs.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate residences and wooden structures in various establishments.
Requirements:
