At New Value Solutions, a national IT consulting company, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Systems Consultant to join our team. This role will involve extensive experience leading the clinical design and build of SUR in MEDITECH Expanse WPL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Coordination: Ensure integration of project management activities with the master project plan, as well as across multiple work streams and domain areas to ensure inter-related activities are aligned and coordinated.
  • Design and Testing: Participate in the design of test cases, testing of application and integration testing by following test scripts and reporting bugs as necessary.
  • Cutover Planning: Coordinate Cutover planning and oversight.
  • Project Management: Develop, maintain, monitor, and adjust project and resource plan to align with the master project plan; as well as with the evolving and dynamic situations associated with design, build, test, and implementation, typical of large complex EHR implementations.

Risk and Issues Management:

  • Risk Identification and Mitigation: Implements and/or contributes to the implementation of effective processes to assess project risks, identify risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the life cycle of the project.
  • Issue Resolution: Responsible for ensuring risks and issues are identified and resolved in a timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
  • Skills: Recent design and build experience in MEDITECH Expanse WPL (v2.2 preferred), strong English language oral and written communication skills, and experience or knowledge of Meditech Expanse, Jira
  • Certification: It is an asset if the candidate possesses a PMP certification

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $72.50, based on consultant experience and fit for the role.
