About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reception Clerk to join our team at Parvinder S. Johal Inc. as an Office Operations Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing office operations, and maintaining a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and handling paperwork.
  • Manage office supplies, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and workflow.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements
  • Schooling: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: No prior experience is necessary, as we offer on-the-job training.
  • Work Setting: This position is located in a public sector environment.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, attention to detail, sitting, and permanent work term.
What We Offer
  • Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
  • Language: English.
