Job Title: Landscaping Manager

The Friendly Groundskeepers Inc is seeking a skilled Landscaping Manager to join our team. As a key member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, organization, and execution of landscaping projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns
  • Supervise and schedule staff to ensure efficient project completion
  • Organize and direct construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features
  • Plan and estimate labour and materials for projects
  • Maintain accurate work records and logs
  • Tender and administer contracts for landscaping services
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in landscaping or a related field
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
