Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team at Rexall Pharmacy Group ULC. As a Pharmacist, you will play a key role in achieving departmental excellence in patient-focused care, customer service, and workflow efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform patient-focused services, including injections and immunizations, as deemed eligible and appropriate for patients.
  • Provide professional advice and dialogue with patients on prescription and OTC products to deliver excellent customer service and maximize customer loyalty.
  • Support dispensary inventory levels within prescribed guidelines through accurate perpetual inventory records, including narcotics.
  • Accurately and timely dispense prescriptions.
  • Maintain complete and accurate documentation as necessary by various Colleges of Pharmacy, drug plans, and Rexall programs and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures, professional standards, and applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Licensed Pharmacist in Ontario.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and proficiency in pharmaceutical care practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently as part of a collaborative and fast-paced team.
  • Dedication to upholding ethical standards and regulatory requirements in pharmacy practice.
  • Ability to maintain the optimum balance between the profession of pharmacy and business of pharmacy.
