We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Supervisor to join our team at MTC Auto Sales. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct sales transactions, answer customer inquiries, and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate sales records, inventory control, and sales reports.
- Assist in the display of merchandise and maintain a clean and organized sales floor.
- Supervise and train sales representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- 2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
