About the Role

AECOM is seeking an experienced Archaeologist to join our cultural resources team in London. As an Archaeologist, you will play a key role in providing report writing and laboratory support to our project managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the composition of reports, data management, cultural material processing and analysis, and administration.
  • Work closely with AECOM's Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop professionally where required, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Cultural Resources, Heritage, Anthropology, or a related field.
  • 2 years of relevant experience in an archaeological lab or report writing.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with the Ontario MCM's Standards and Guidelines for Consultant Archaeologists.
  • Ability to coordinate logistics for multiple field teams.
  • Experience with field effort tracking and data management.
  • Basic knowledge of the heritage planning process.
  • Valid Research or Professional class license issued by the Ontario MCM.
