Food Service Team Lead

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure that they are meeting our high standards of service and quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure that staff are equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Monitor and control inventory levels, manage budgets, and ensure that our stores are operating efficiently.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as hospitality or business.
- 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food service industry.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
