Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure staff are knowledgeable about our menu and services.
- Monitor and control food costs, inventory, and labor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met and maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience.
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and labor hours.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
